Becky has been nick-named "The Queen of Flexibility" by art licensee Bobbi Baugh, President of Universal Designs, Inc.
|
Becky's creative endeavors have spanned over 4 decades so far and have included everything from oil painting with her Mom at age 12 to designing for a large Christian gift manufacturer at 19, and from t-shirt painting in the 80's back to designing for the gift/stationery market today. In between all the designing and illustration, Becky honed her business skills in Real Estate sales, then in Corporate Training for IBM for 10 years. Finally, Becky is back to her first love - full time freelance illustration!
Though skilled in a wide variety of media, including watercolor and colored pencil, digital illustration is Becky's current major mode of artistic expression. Always colorful, joyful, whimsical and encouraging, Becky's designs express her faith in God and His purpose for us all.
As a licensor to Universal Designs, Inc. since 2006, Becky has earned the title of "The Queen of Flexibility" given her by Bobbi Baugh, President of Universal. Bobbi goes on to say:
"Becky’s designs can be found on seasonal and year-round products created by Universal Designs for the inspirational gift market. She offers us great ideas, an enthusiastic spirit, an easy-to-work-with flexible attitude, prompt response, as well as PhotoShop files prepared just the way we like them. Best of all: her designs SELL!"
Becky makes her home on one acre in the country in Plantersville, Texas (near Houston) with her sweet husband and precious little Pek-a-Poo Maddie. We invite you to read Becky's blog, Just Bee 'n Me, to learn a bit more about her and to keep up with her creative endeavors and art licensing news.
